The Licensed Therapist will provide functional activities and therapeutic exercises designed to help the patient achieve independence in self-care, functional mobility and restore communication skills.

CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES

A qualified Home Health Aide will assist with bathing, dressing, personal care and other nursing care as directed by and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assess the emotion, social and environmental needs of the patient and utilize all the available family and community resources to hasten patient adjustment and rehabilitation.
